New Eye Shadow Duos, Highlighters and Blushes The eye shadow and blush formulas are new with higher pigment to powder ratios. That means you get “true color.” The ultra-blendable pigments help prevent color dragging. The color blends into the skin rather than sitting on the skin’s surface, so the color looks more natural. This increases the shade options for those with darker skin tones, allowing them to wear lighter shades without looking powdery.
