Consultant Care Center

Summary of Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to Consultants and Directors. Ability to manage and escalate difficult customer situations and to deliver customer service level commitments for response times, product knowledge and problem resolution or escalation. Search for ways to improve customer satisfaction and communicate suggestions to supervisor.

Essential Functions

  • Handle service issues for Consultants and Directors, review status of outstanding issues and requests to ensure that service levels are met
  • Report on a daily basis the nature, frequency and urgency of Consultant and Director issues and participate in debriefing sessions
  • Handle correspondence in a timely manner and assist Consultants and Directors with Internet inquiries
  • Ensure consistency by staying well versed in career plan, procedures, products and current incentives
  • Participate in the continuous improvement and definition of customer service processes and procedures
  • Assure that a positive image is projected in all dealings with internal and external customers
  • Ability to speak, read and write in a second language (bilingual positions only)
  • Cross train in other areas within the CCC
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Minimum one year sales/customer service experience in call center environment
  • Experience in the direct selling industry a plus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication, organization, leadership and customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated and focused with a strong positive and confident attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of contact
  • Must be able to work within a team environment
  • Must be computer literate – experience using MS Office applications
  • Must be able to type at least 35 wpm
  • Must be able to work overtime as required

Order Services Associate
Consultant Care Center

Summary of Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Perform order entry ensuring orders and agreements are entered accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle service issues for clients, consultants, and directors, review status of outstanding issues and requests to ensure that service levels are met
  • Report on a daily basis the nature, frequency and urgency of client, consultant and director issues and participate in debriefing sessions
  • Handle customer correspondence in a timely manner and assist customers with Internet inquiries
  • Ensure consistency by staying well versed in career plan, procedures, products and current incentives
  • Monitor Automatic Call Distributor Board to ensure prompt service
  • Assure that a positive image is projected in all dealings with internal and external customers
  • Ability to speak, read and write in a second language (bilingual positions only)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Minimum one year sales/customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience in the direct selling industry a plus
