Paulette Britt went from making $65 a week to a six-figure annual income. Paulette grew up poor and learned the value of hard work living on a tobacco and chicken farm. There were no boys on the farm so Paulette and her three sisters did what they could to help the family.

One childhood memory stands out— she earned 10 cents an hour helping harvest tobacco on a neighbor’s farm. But that hard work and the lessons her parents taught her are what made her the person she is today.

After graduating high school, Paulette went to work for a bank and also pursued a part-time career in music as a singer and songwriter. In 1983, her sister introduced her to BeautiControl. She needed to make more money and BeautiControl opened that door for her. “Leadership Conference was really my defining moment. I knew I wanted to take advantage of this life-changing opportunity!”

Paulette loves helping people and loves seeing their lives change. “It’s all about how you make people feel during the Spa experience,” she says. It is her dream and vision to see every life change as her life has been changed in this business.

“ It is my love and belief in BeautiControl that has carried me to so much success today… and it’s going to carry me where I’m going in the future,” she says, “God blessed my life with three wonderful daughters and the fl exibility of BeautiControl allowed me to build a career and still be home with them.”

Although she only has a high school diploma, she tells others she earned a Ph.D in BeautiControl: “P for persistence and passion; H for having desire and dedication; and D for determination and never giving up.”

As a Senior National Executive Director with multimillion-dollar lifetime earnings, Paulette says BeautiControl has truly changed her life. “BeautiControl has given me the opportunity to have things that I never thought possible. It is truly a dream come true… my home… my Mercedes… a second home on the beach… jewelry… fascinating trips.

“Most of all working with the most wonderful Consultants, leaders and Directors in the world! One of the greatest rewards is seeing them achieve their goals and making their dreams come true. When you love what you do, and you know it makes a difference, this is what ‘life’ is all about!”
