Cindy Koleba
Senior National Executive Director - Canada

“Come with me. Follow me because this is fun.” Cindy Koleba is making history as our first Senior National Executive Director from Canada. And she’s not afraid to help pave the path for others! “I truly love helping leaders connect with their dreams and discover their true passion. A leader is someone who goes ahead, makes a path and inspires others to follow them along the way,” she says, "I have a vision for what Canada can do with this amazing opportunity.”

But this isn’t how Cindy began her BeautiControl career. At first, she was just purchasing BeautiControl products because she loved them and how great they made her skin look. Seeing her passion, Cindy’s mom suggested she join the company.

“I’m still the same person, but I’ve changed and grown.”

For the next several years, Cindy enjoyed using the products, sharing them with family and friends, and holding Spa ESCAPEs occasionally. Not thinking this could be a real job, she cleaned houses as her main source of income. Then, in 2001, she went to her fi rst Celebration at the encouragement of her Director. It was there she saw the possibility of a real career with BeautiControl. “I was blown away,”she says. “I saw those beautiful red Mustang convertibles and I couldn’t believe I could earn the keys to one!

Then, when I saw women of every age and background being rewarded, it proved to me that anybody could do this! I thought, if I can do this, maybe I won’t have to clean houses anymore!”

That weekend, Cindy learned that the key to getting her own Mustang convertible was holding two Spa ESCAPEs a week, a plan she quickly put into place when she returned home.

“Without really knowing what I was doing, I started doing 2+2+2. Before I knew it, I was a Director earning great income – enough to support my family while my husband, Jason, studied for his master’s degree. Through it all, I had my first baby and bought our first home, which isn’t too far from being paid for.

“It’s so exciting. My BeautiControl income also allows us to give back freely to the community, church and many others around the world. I consider that another one of my blessings made possible through this amazing opportunity.”

Cindy says her greatest blessing has come from being given the opportunity to help other women be the best they can be. “I cherish each moment I am positively affecting women’s lives. Every day I wake up with another smile on my face because I know I’m going to touch someone’s life; that, and being able to create a life I love – one that allows me to be the best mom possible and the best leader possible, each complementing the other. BeautiControl is the best ‘job’ in the world!
